This assignment was harder than I thought it would be—I didn't feel like I had anything interesting to write about. I felt that I used "I" too often (ironic considering this sentence's structure) but didn't really know how else to structure my sentences because I was really the only character in the story. i kept having to omit unimportant details and narrow down what was most important. Overall, I think it turned out okay, but next time I would write about an experience that other people were involved in.
